Just made a grilled cheese with some of this in the pan - absolutely delicious!
Everyone in my family was surprised the first time I used this when roasting Brussel sprouts. There were no leftovers!! Then I added it to grilling zucchini, and it was another win for me with everyone! Looks like adding it to roasting cauliflower is next on my menu!
